- 2 Tbsp raw honey
- a small bunch of chopped fresh parsley, to garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit to prepare for roasting the sausage and veggies evenly.
- Prepare the baking sheet: Line a large sheet pan with aluminum foil or parchment paper for easy cleanup and to prevent sticking.
- Combine ingredients: Place all the diced potatoes, asparagus pieces, halved mini bell peppers, and sausage slices into a large mixing bowl.
- Add flavorings: Pour in the avocado oil, raw honey, minced garlic, dried oregano, smoked paprika, sea salt, and pepper over the bowl of ingredients.
- Toss thoroughly: Mix all ingredients well so that the sausage and vegetables are evenly coated with the honey garlic mixture and seasonings.
- Arrange on pan: Spread the coated sausage and vegetables in a single layer across the prepared sheet pan to ensure proper roasting.
- Bake: Place the sheet pan in the oven and bake for 20 minutes or until the vegetables are crisp-tender and the sausage is nicely browned.
- Garnish and serve: After baking, sprinkle the chopped fresh parsley over the dish for a fresh finish and serve warm.
