- 4 large bananas approximately 1 1/2 cups banana
- 2 large eggs

Instructions
- Preheat and prepare pan: Preheat the oven to 350F (180C). Grease a loaf pan thoroughly and set it aside to prepare the batter.
- Blend ingredients: Add rolled oats, bananas, eggs, maple syrup, and baking soda into a high-speed blender or food processor. Blend until the mixture forms a smooth batter.
- Fold in chocolate chips: If using chocolate chips, gently fold them into the batter ensuring even distribution without overmixing.
- Pour and bake: Pour the batter evenly into the greased loaf pan. Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for 40 minutes or until a skewer inserted comes out mostly clean.
- Cool and slice: Remove the bread from the oven and allow it to cool completely in the pan before slicing to maintain its shape and texture.
