- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes or more to taste

Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare Pan. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 9″x13″ baking pan with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
- Season and Coat Chicken. Place chicken pieces on a plate and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle cornstarch over chicken and toss to coat evenly for a crispy texture.
- Dip in Egg. Dip each cornstarch-coated chicken piece into the beaten eggs ensuring full coverage.
- Brown Chicken. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over high heat. Add chicken pieces in a single layer (working in batches if necessary) and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Arrange in Baking Pan. Transfer browned chicken to the prepared baking pan in a single layer.
- Mix Sauce. In a small bowl, whisk together buffalo hot sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, and red pepper flakes until smooth.
- Coat Chicken with Sauce. Pour the sauce evenly over the chicken pieces in the baking pan.
- Bake. Bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes, stirring once halfway through to ensure the chicken is well coated with sauce.
- Garnish and Serve. Remove from oven, sprinkle sliced green onions on top, and serve hot.

- Serve with steamed rice or fresh vegetables for a balanced meal.
- If you prefer less heat, substitute buffalo hot sauce with a milder wing sauce.
